  Make sure you are 100 percent certain that this is the venue for you.We booked my daughter's wedding 18 months before the event, we paid a $1200 deposit .With no contact other than a receipt, 15 months out from the wedding date my daughter's circumstances changed .When I rang to explain I was told the deposit was non-refundable I asked for some compassion due to the length of time before the event but did not even get the promised call back, I called and emailed to no avail.The day was rebooked - easy money for the venue. Very poor customer service.Very disappointing outcome.

  Absolutely stunning wedding venue. The staff at Albert River Winery pulled off the perfect wedding for us and our guests. The photos were perfect, the food was perfect, everything was perfect. My guests still go there for Lunch. Truly exceptional food. We have plans to come back for lunch on every anniversary.

  Our Daughter planned her wedding with such detail 18 months prior to their wedding day 3rd September 2016. We attended the wedding rehearsal the day before the wedding, and we knew as soon as we met Chris that everything would be just as our Daughter envisaged, with an exceptional eye to detail. The warmth of the service, the quality of the food, the ambiance created by Chris and her staff will long be remembered by us as Renee's Parents. I can honestly highly recommend this wonderful venue to anyone wanting a Wedding Coordinator with a true passion for ensuring your wedding day is exactly want you want it to be and a venue oozing with charm and romance.
