    Make sure you are 100 percent certain that this is the venue for you.We booked my daughter's wedding 18 months before the event, we paid a $1200 deposit .With no contact other than a receipt, 15 months out from the wedding date my daughter's circumstances changed .When I rang to explain I was told the deposit was non-refundable I asked for some compassion due to the length of time before the event but did not even get the promised call back, I called and emailed to no avail.The day was rebooked - easy money for the venue. Very poor customer service.Very disappointing outcome.

    My partner and I visit the dragon regularly. The atmosphere and general kindness of the staff is exceptional. For just an hour down the road it feels like we could be the only people on the planet when we are there. Foods great, rooms are comfy and the beers cold ! Wonderful place
